Merry Christmas card

I have a monthly group of ladies that attend workshops at my house, and we had one amazing night where we made 6 Christmas cards!  This is my favourite of the bunch - made with the Wonderland paper pack from Close To My Heart.  I used Twilight and Amethyst inks, but sponged the Amethyst ink onto Grey Flannel cardstock to tone it down.  The snowflake punch is from Marvy Uchida, but all other products are from Close To My Heart. 

Christmas Cupcake Wreath

We had a Christmas potluck at work today, and I saw a version of this in a grocery store, but it was relatively expensive and I thought "Why not?"  I thought I'd give it try, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.  I used Close To My Heart's retired Serendipity stamp set, although you could definitely use any other stamp set that has some flower petals included.  I used Cranberry ink and Cranberry cardstock and the yellow pearls are from Wilton.

November Workshop

Here are the cards I put together for my November workshop.  They use the Elemental Level 2 paper pack from Close To My Heart.

This one is adorable!  I love the mini-shopping bag!  Inks used are Olive and Creme Brulee.  The olive ribbon is from the Mini-Medley Accents Olive Collection. 

The second card we made is using the Party Pennants stamp set - so cute and versatile!  Inks used are Cranberry and Desert Sand.  I love the brown and red colour combo!

The last card we made was using Pacifica and Sorbet - another great colour combo.  The stamp set used is available from Close To My Heart from December 19th to January 31st with the NEW Collage Cubes.  Spend only $25, and receive both the E-sized stamp set and cubes for only $15!  What a terrific deal, and the stamp set is great.

First day...

Well... I decided that if everyone else can do it, so can I!  I'm going to try and post often, and I will be posting lots of artwork and craft ideas, stamping techniques and more!  I'm currently working on a whole bunch of projects for my upcoming Open House, and I'm excited to share those projects.  Here's one to pique your interest!
